1941-Fair Employment Practices Commission.

1947-The first Levittown is constructed.

1963-March on Washington. Kennedy promotes the Civil Rights bill.

1964-Civil Rights Act

1965-Selma March. Voting Rights Act.

1966-Black Panthers established.

1968-King assassinated. Fair Housing Act.

1970s-Black migration back South.
